A Trust Score is a numerical rating from 0 to 100 that represents the overall reliability and professionalism of a process server on 321serve. It's designed to help clients quickly identify trustworthy professionals for their legal service needs.

The score is calculated using multiple factors including verification status, job performance, responsiveness, client feedback, and service area coverage. A higher score indicates a more established and reliable process server.

Your Trust Score is a weighted average of five component scores:

  • L Legitimacy (25%) - Based on your verification status and profile completeness
  • P Performance (25%) - Measures your job completion rate and on-time delivery
  • E Engagement (20%) - Tracks how quickly you respond and accept requests
  • R Reviews (20%) - Client satisfaction ratings and feedback
  • C Coverage (10%) - The breadth of your service area

Legitimacy Score

Measures your verified credentials including email verification, phone verification, license documentation, insurance proof, and profile completeness. Complete all verification steps to maximize this score.

Performance Score

Tracks your job completion rate, on-time delivery percentage, and successful service attempts. Consistently completing jobs within deadline improves this score.

Engagement Score

Evaluates how quickly you respond to service requests, your request acceptance rate, and overall platform activity. Faster response times lead to higher scores.

Reviews Score

Based on client satisfaction ratings, written feedback, and service confirmations. Positive client experiences directly boost this component.

Coverage Score

Reflects the geographic reach of your service area. Servers covering more counties or offering wider service areas score higher in this category.

Here are the most effective ways to improve your Trust Score:

  1. 1 Complete your verification - Verify your email, phone, and upload license documentation
  2. 2 Respond quickly - Reply to service requests within 2 hours for the best engagement score
  3. 3 Complete jobs on time - Meet or beat your quoted deadlines consistently
  4. 4 Provide excellent service - Satisfied clients leave positive ratings
  5. 5 Expand your coverage - Add more service areas to your profile
  6. 6 Stay active - Regular platform activity signals reliability

Your Trust Score is recalculated automatically on a rolling basis. Different components update at different frequencies:

  • Legitimacy: Updates immediately when you complete verification steps
  • Performance: Updates after each completed job
  • Engagement: Updates in real-time based on response patterns
  • Reviews: Updates when clients submit ratings
  • Coverage: Updates when you modify your service areas

Your overall Trust Score is typically refreshed within 24 hours of any activity that affects the component scores.

Data Maturity is a measure of how much activity data we have to accurately calculate your Trust Score. It progresses through several stages:

New Just registered, minimal activity data
Growing Some jobs completed, score becoming more reliable
Established Consistent activity, score is reliable
Mature Extensive history, highly accurate score

Clients can see your Data Maturity level, which helps them understand the reliability of your Trust Score. As you complete more jobs, your Data Maturity increases automatically.

New process servers typically start with lower Trust Scores because our scoring system is evidence-based. Here's why:

  • No performance history: Without completed jobs, we can't measure completion rates or timeliness
  • No client reviews: Ratings come from real client experiences
  • Unknown engagement patterns: Response time metrics develop over time

Good news: You can quickly boost your initial score by completing verification steps. Verifying your email, phone, and uploading credentials can raise your Legitimacy score significantly on day one.

While Trust Scores are calculated automatically based on verified data, we understand that sometimes errors or unusual circumstances may affect your score. Here's what you can do:

  • Review your score breakdown: Check your dashboard to see which components are affecting your score
  • Dispute unfair reviews: If you believe a client review was unfair, contact support with details
  • Report issues: If job data appears incorrect, let us know so we can investigate
